Alan Kovitz is the CEO of Elevations Unlimited, LLC, a company founded with a single dedication: To be the nation's pre-eminent organization specializing in the development of leaders, enabling people to live balanced lives full of enjoyment and achievement.
Alan acts as facilitator, coach, and catalyst, utilizing a process that helps clients to bridge the gap between current and desired performance, unlocking hidden potential. He helps clients to develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary to achieve greater levels of performance both personally and professionally. Plans are developed that create greater rates of return for organizations and terrific balance for individuals. Alan has helped his clients to dream big and achieve big!
His workshops, seminars, and keynote addresses focus on attitude development, interpersonal skills development, goal setting, and strategic planning. Alan provides facilitation, coaching, and consultation services customized for individuals and organizations that want to maximize their human potential.
Alan holds an MBA in Human Resources from the prestigious Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. His diverse career has seen him work as a stockbroker, utilize his entrepreneurial skills in building successful businesses, and become known for his excellent training and development skills in both sales and general management. He is recognized as one of the foremost Leadership Development coaches in the United States.
Alan spends much of his time giving back to his community. He is President of The Greater Dover Committee, Past President of the Dover Lions Club and Past Zone Chairman, former President of the Dover Rugby Football Club, former Programming Chairman of the Statewide Training Advisory Network of Delaware, Past Chairman of the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce, and is Past President of Congregation Beth Sholom in Dover, De. His passions include playing ice hockey, motorcycle riding, reading, and spending quality time with his children.
